I would go with some Maxxis Razr2's on some Douglas Blue labels. Stick with stock size rims but get a 20x10/20x11x I think you have 9" rims.

Welcome Pony. Glad you found us. Let us know if there is anything we can help you with. -
It's not everyone's cup of tea.

The Nautical star on my left forearm brings "good luck and a safe return home"(started with sailors) My initials on my back. Right shoulder has the Chinese symbol for "opportunity" My right calf has a crying sun setting on the ocean. I got that the day I left California. And the Koi is the Japanese symbol for the strength and ferocity of a dragon. Along with nobility.

Now that is just bugging to be cruised around the coastal dunes.

Dirtdemon, I think we have the exact same taste in machines. I can't stand the ergos on the 660 on 700s. I rode my buddies LTR for a short time. It is pretty comfortable. I understand that when riding hard im up over the bars a lot but I don't like to be forced there. I like the feel of the TRX and the old R's that almost feel like that back is squating. Like a pre runner truck. Higher up front and the rear nice and low. This is what I mean Look how low my back end is. The things frickin' hugs corners like it's on rails.

If the thermo doesn't open, then it needs to be replaced. -
I hear ya about the gearing and all. I'm use to the feeling of the TRX, it sets you right in the middle and it is very easy to move around. The KTM made me feel like it was pushing me up over the bars. MHO, it is uncomfortable.

I found this in about 30 seconds. There is a place in Urhichsville called Crow Canyon. They are a district 12 sanctioned motocross track that is situated on 400 acres. They have TONS of trails to ride on. The trails range from wild to very mild. They are open all year and 7 days a week. There is a race shop located at the front entrance to the park by the name of Action Extreme Sports. During the week the park is open during the shops hours. It is $15 to ride all day. Check it out since it isn't very far from you. Here are a few links to help you out, plus you can call the guys at the shop and they can fill you in on more details. I would personally go with the SX and put bigger wheels/tires on it.

Sounds like a thermostat to me. Here is the way to test it. Remove it from your quad and drop it in a pan of boiling water. It should open instantly.
