    It sucks sometimes... you get mud in the weirdest places on that rhino. Guys, I literally have to take BUCKETS of mud across the street and dump them into the field. She packs the bumper FULL, the skid plates...you can only imagine. That's my girl.

    There are actually only 2 different kinds of CDI boxes. There is the Dynatech style which is what Big Gun uses. Big Gun Rev Box Yamaha Raptor YFM 50 MINI ATV:eBay Motors (item 330333968362 end time Jun-27-09 11:06:04 PDT) In the UTV world the Dynatechs have about a 25% fail rate. Most companies use a Dynatech box with their own sticker on it If you do replace it go with a Big Gun Rev Box. MSD makes the best CDI box out. I'm not sure if they have a model for the Raptor.

    Do you have your stock CDI? Put it in and try. CDI's are a part that fails often.(after market)

    Who is rebuilding it for him? Something is being done wrong. Is he seizing it or blowing the rings...what's going on? If he is running the wrong kind of oil, jetting, bad air filter, not enough oil...there are lot's of things that could cause it. Even the best of them drop a lemon here and there. How does he ride it? If he's always bouncing off the rev limiter, that can be an issue.

    Yeah, Honda's are known to keep on going without maintenance. I wouldn't do it but I know plenty of people that don't and their machines are still running. Good advise on checking the valves and stuff but Honda makes machines that last.

    Yes, that is correct. Certain pipes give better low end performance than others. There are also different stages of Hot Cams that offer different gains; most of them are for low to mid range.

    With the amount of people that ride ILLEGALLY in in that part of the country, it was bound to happen. It is the states fault for not providing places to legally ride. Colorado RARELY has the problem with ATV riders causing trouble. There is plenty of places for us to ride so there is no point in riding illegally.

    A little late for that much coffee, huh? LOL I don't know why it did a double post...weird????? It is almost impossible to find any info off of that model number. I think that is the actual model number of a King Quad.

    We have made the exceptions before on contest that a link was required. If it was private land, instead of posting a link. You would just type in "Private Property, Info not available." Other than best racing photo, what else could you really do with a racing theme. I'm open for any contest just curious.
