Either get MSD or OEM like the man said. The only other kind is the Dyantech, most aftermarket companies use this one with there sticker on it. The Big Gun Rev Box is a Dynatech CDI, just telling you that so you know what the dynatechs look like. They have about a 25% fail rate.(at least in the UTV world)

It has been at the shop for 2 weeks. They haven't found anything yet.

I personally couldn't find anything wrong with the wiring. My mechanic has gone through it all, he is at the point that he is contacting Honda for a complete wiring schematic. I have a race in 2 weeks...I need my baby.

So I will describe my last 2 rides so you know what the conditions were. The first was my last race, very wet and muddy, no crashes. She ran like a raped ape, no problems at all. The next ride was some trail riding that was wet and very rocky. I bounced off of a rock pretty good on my belly skid plate. I stopped to check for damage, none, then I turn my key back to start and I lose all electrical. I was able to pop start it and get it back to the truck. I find later that the main fuse is blown, replace it. The quad starts up just fine everything is gravy. Several hours later I turn the key on again and blow the fuse instantly. There was no riding or bouncing between the 2 starts. :aargh:WHY?

Don't you hate when you look into stuff to much. I started to get all complex in my mind when the answer is obvious. I need to remember to think simple first.

Utv Crap and Rigid led light bars

UTV Crap, welcome to the site. I am a member on Rhinoforums also. Your company is very highly regarded by myself and the others that have had exp with you guys. How much are you guys asking for the 6" amber? How easy is the hook up of wires on these things? -
???? That is a good question??? With the cam out are your valves still moving up and down when you turn the motor? On the compression stroke all the valves will be closed.
