    with the hondas, i have heard nothing but great reviews from the customers, they all said they would never have a bike without their system.

    excellent, i have read in other forums that if you need anything for this set up they sell, 9 times out of 10 you will never be billed and shipped asap ... i think that's awesome service !!

    hello sc39482 when you get to the you send it page, login near the top right of page, then after look for the folders icon near the top middle page and click it. go into the suzuki folder and click to download it...

    try pulling the plug and look into the cylinder, if you have a telescopic magnet to slip in, maybe there are pieces of rings in there ...

    i have up to 89, then in the 2000's only. i have no idea why the manual is not available on such a popular bike. i have not seen this one on any other forums either, and i have looked, believe me ... may be a dealer item only unfortunately ...

    there's something not right in the kit rebuild, something is still plugged somewhere or the choke is plugged. you really need those garbage bag twist ties to clear all the passages. i know, i had mine apart and put back together 5 or 6 times before i did the twist ties, and after that it worked perfect ... just a suggestion ... can you tell if the bowl is getting gas?

    do you think it's a fuel problem? have you tried any quick start in it? maybe the carb needs a kit ...
