    I got your message about the manual. Because the links are out there in space, everyone down loading them is breaking the traffic limits... try at midnight when the limits reset. CK1999_400ex is the one to message with your questions. He just started working on his banshee too. Hope this helps...

    if you can find out the gear ratio, it might be easier to find. usually there's a tag on the front and rear diff

    what is actually wrong with the diff? broken or broken gears inside?

    obviously THOSE members are somewhat more committed than here .... i can only vote once per day ...

    this service manual doesn't seem to have an engine size, but states what diff gear oils and motor oils to use. make sure the motor oil is an atv oil because of the wet clutch. it doesn't say how much oil goes in, but i'm sure close to a litre. pour in half a litre and add while keeping an eye on the dipstick notches ... i'll look around and try to find a manual for you ...     it said there might be a number off, but this is what it said it was .... if you can shine a trouble light there and look with a magnifying glass, you'll probably get it spot on. but i think you have all the important numbers there for sure
