It actually wasnt too bad. When I am doing tricks I wear body armor and it soaks up the hits pretty good. That one was actually fun. I lost balance on a surfin trick and grabbed the brake trying to get the bars back.

No pain no gain I don't  belive it the saying. Cause I've got hurt and not gained a thing.

I wear my helmet, gloves, mx pants, knee/shin pads, mx boots, a race collar, elbow pads, goggles, chest and back protection, I eat right, don't smoke, had maybe 2 beers in the last 4years, and excercise regularly. I am not a professional, but even though I take some hits and get some bumps and bruises I like to be able to push things pretty hard and still get back to my family and play with my kids after a ride.
