I read the same thing this morning. It was for a 2011 so I did not want to say anything for sure. Keep looking for a wiring diagram that would be the key. Plus it would be good to have for future repairs.

I like the LTR. Cool pics it looks like your son is pumped.

It is nice to have a few options during the year. I still think there is about 5 places left that have not put out their ride dates yet.

Good Morning, it is going to be in the 50s here today.

I think the King Quads have accessory ports in the front and the back. This would be the best spot to tap into. Search online and see if you can find a wiring diagram for your quad. Sometimes a quick call to the dealer or tech service for the winch will be enough to give you an exact answer.

My advice would be to try and order some parts for it before you buy it. See if common items such as bearings, bushings, and fuel system parts/controlers are easily available. You might be able to save a grand or two now but will the repairs cost you more in the long run. Also check and see what the resale values have been. I am a firm believer that every brand has a pro and a con, just make sure you know what you are getting into.

Just an observation, I am sure the driveway has alot to do with it. People have been looking for a down pressure solution for ATV plows for a long time but the truth is that with the down pressure all that bouncing force is transfered to the quads frame. Other than that it looked really easy to install and use.

I think the review was great but that plow needs a little more weight on it.

If I were you and wanted to be 100% sure before I bought something I would find the exact specs on your motor that you have in there now. If you can post them I will see what I can come up with as far as a AC equivilent. The last step would be to see how the mounting points line up. I used to check both part diagrams online to get a feel for this.

All older 400, 500, and 700s are suzuki engines. I think the cut off year is 2007 or 8 on the 700 and the smaller cat engines are named 450 and 550.

I think he is talking about a complete restoration, if you are going the ride the snot out of them maybe you can skip a few items to save some cash. Powder coat would be the first one that comes to mind.
