Plus the 450r shocks are rebuild able so you can get them re tuned to match you even more

At least its not like the track in Berthoud where people are moving into new houses that were just built right next to the track, and then filing complaints about the dust and noise even though the track has been there for years before them. Stuff like that really burns me up

Yep, "pogo stick shocks" as most people call them. At least with the 450r shocks you get some adjustments to make it work better for how you ride.

I have read on other forums that most people like to change it every 30 hours or so, which seems about right to me.

I have never heard of running it in quads.. Whats the advantage of it?

Why? Do they somehow think that a 450 or 700 is more dangerous? A 60hp 450r isn't any more dangerous then a 60hp 350

I think it would make a huge difference! I dont know if you need to mod anything to do it though, but lots of people have done it so someone else should be able to tell you that.
