At this point I would get used to riding the kfx. Its a fast quad and plenty fast for an mx track. Before you get your go fast goodies get your riding gear in check. Get riding boots not work boots. As most of you know I moved from NY to Alabama. The move was on a tight budget. Even tighter than expected. So we had to leave some stuff behind to be picked up later. The NY house is still mine. So far all the lawn statues were stolen. My side shed was broken into (handles were smashed off,lock still in tact) my power washer, tablesaw, HVAC tools and tractor trailer tools all stolen. My stepson calls us up today and said someone was in the garage. They told him that my wife said the can have anything they want. He ran to get his friends about 2 minutes total and they were gone..nothing was taken. He didnt get a plate number. He is dense sometimes. Fuckin vultures leave my stuff alone. Now have 2 neighbors on patrol and stepson is staying at house. Of course money is tight and cant afford another trailer to pack stuff into... Scumbags!!!!! Fu** you!! I was gunna suggest that it was designed that way as a failsafe but I was wondering why it happened after the big pull. unless it wasnt working and then it decided to work Is there anyway to pull codes from this machine???

might be the top end leaking oil into the combustion chamber. also to eliminate the muffler packing, remove the muffler and run it for a little bit to see if it still smokes. Need a compression check and a leakdown test. Find another mechanic please. I hope these mechanics arent friends of yours. Are you breaking in the lower end after the rebuilds? That is very important to ring life.

This is beyond my scope with atvs as I ride 2 wheeled drive sport quads...hoping someone else has experienced this

Does it sound like its mechanically (linear) bogging down or electronically (sorta like on then off) when in reverse. Im not familiar with a KQ but maybe someone else knows more Just as a check...when going forward slowdown to a stop. Do not use the brakes at all. Then shift into reverse and try to accelerate. Agreed $ for $ the Yammy has the edge. Its also faster stock. I think it has more of an aftermarket following too. With that said I see more broken yfzs than trxs.
