One problem with that. You can't control stupid people. Look at how SOME people have little or no respect for the land we ride on. Private and public lands alike. When we went to Leota , Mich to ride , I could not beleive the disrespect some people had for the land. From the parking lot to the trails. That is another thing training needs to focous on to. So divide 200 million adults 18 into $85 billion that equals $425,000.00. My plan is to give $425,000 to every person 18 It would NOT be tax free. Let''s assume a tax rate of 30%. Every person 18 has to pay $127,500.00 in taxes. That sends $25,500,000,000 right back to Uncle Sam. But it means that every adult 18 has $297,500.00 ! in their pocket. What would you do with $297,500.00 to $595,000.00 in your family? Pay off your mortgage - housing crisis solved. Save in a bank - create money to loan to entrepreneurs. Buy a new car - create jobs, Invest in the market - capital drives growth If we''re going to do an $85 billion bailout, let''s bail out every adult US Citizen 18 ! As for AIG - liquidate it. Polaris 4x4 system works as follows. It has a 2 wd and 4wd selector. When in 4wd mode the front tires will not kick in until the back tires turn 20% faster than the fronts. When this occurs it kicks into true all four wheel drive. When 4x4 is not needed anymore the front end kicks out until needed again. Works like auto 4x4 mode on 1/2 ton GM trucks.
