  1. I would assume the hoses would have to be extended for a rad relocate, I’d start off by checking for any joins and taking the extensions off!

  2. I would check ebay and craigslist for used or maybe look for a set of 25" rims and upgrade your tires to something like: This amazon listing shows 25" for the wolverine.

  3. I do appreciate all of the comments. I finally had the intake and exhaust valve adjustments tested and the intake valve was was way out of tolerance and after that was corrected and a little tweaking of the carburetor the ATV runs super now. The technician told me that the intake valve (which had never been adjusted - 5270 miles) was the primary problem. Thanks again to all.

  5. Chain looks way to loose. Maybe it’s stretched or a tensioner is bad.

  6. If it is only staying running with the choke on, the slow speed pilot jet is plugged. Sounds like this so called "professional" didn't clean it thoroughly or correctly. Also if it's dumping that much fuel into the cylinder the float is either sticking or set at the incorrect level.

  7. I would clean the carb first. Fairly easy to do and just because some pro did it doesnt mean he didnt screw it up

  8. you might consider something like this and then if its not spaced in enough, throw some spacers on it and it should work... depending on the bike's condition, I would go aftermarket on the tires and rims and throw a lift on the bike make it look sick.. maybe not the lift lol but you could really improve the quality and look with aftermarket rims and tires.. sorry when I said 'this', I meant this link https://www.motosport.com/product/?adpos=1o3&cc=us&creative=291553397478&device=c&gclid=Cj0KCQjw1pblBRDSARIsACfUG12lZFenXx-prWsjOvJzbjcvkXnXLv7JWorwwkhOuYZS6GQop71rlxAaAtpBEALw_wcB&key=ITP-Delta-Steel-Wheel&matchtype=&mrkgadid=3309195370&mrkgcl=500&network=g&product_id=ITP000D-X001-Y001&pssource=true&rkg_id=0&segment=badger

  9. I would just keep checking ebay. You might be able to get some used kodiak or grizzly rims with tires or without. Maybe something like: https://www.ebay.com/i/292903105180?chn=ps

  11. This is quad crazy not crown Victoria crazy! Lol just kidding. It could be two things. One the fogging could be due to a blown (heater core). It’s a small radiator type coil under dash board on the passenger side. A real bi*** to get to. A tell tale sign is the fogging as well as a wet floor on the passenger side under or on the carpet and a bit of a sweet odor in the car. The second thing it could be (less expensive) is the change over valve. It’s a small valve or damper that’s controlled by the switch in the dash. The control switch you would use to change to defrost to dash vent. That switch usually activates a motor of a kind that moves the flaps inside the dashboard ductwork. That motor can be a pneumatic , electric or cable depending on the year. It’s usually located on the firewall under the hood. In that general area. I’m putting my bet on the heater core though based on the fogging. Hope this helps. Get an Atv. It’s a lot easier and more fun to work on! Sorry to my fellow members but I couldn’t help myself I love cars as well! Good luck!
