    uh well one dude yesterday in the race wouldn't help me. it was the last lap....we were probably the last two in the woods. i don't know what happened to him (my nerf bars busted and kept getting me stuck everywhere) but he was like i'm not helping you and rode on...then i laughed when he was about 100 feet ahead of me stuck. karma's a biotch. but...then at an mx race, i rode to the line w/one of the other girl riders and an older dude, about 45ish I'd say looked at us and said, what is this? invasion of the girls? shouldn't you be home? we were like, no, we'd rather smoke your as* out there on the track then make dinner. but mostly everyone's cool...it just hurts when we get reactions like that.

    wow...what great pics, looks like you guys had an awesome time.... Scott: Don't worry about it, we had a good time....rough course, muddy as ever. Busted my nerfs up but good....overall....it was just an ok race, really hot though.

    bahahaha, great idea MWKE I have patches for one of my sponsors, I'd like a Girlyz patch made. The other sponsors are plastered on my bike....but Girlyz and Pretty Tough are my mains...they've done the most for me, gone out of their way to accomdate me...so I feel like I owe them an extra something......

    really. that's awesome. i'm looking for some patches to put on my jersey/pants for my sponsors....but i can't figure out who does that or how to get it done. like this: how he has the patches on his butt and his legs for his sponsors. that's what I want to find. That's what I'd like to have!!

    wow. i really thought that was a rock. bahahaaaa what a funnn honeymoon to have bot! I wanted to ride quads in Barbados....it was a 100 bucks to rent one for a few hours though, we didn't have that much $$ then....

    you get both. some guys, like my husband and most of you on here, like to see girls riding. other jerks, like some of my husband's friends say I shouldn't be out there. I shouldn't do what I do. It's really a mix.....and it hurts when someone tells you you shouldn't do what you do just because you're a girl. and hey, wasn't trying to fight with anyone. and people's words can be taken differently over the computer, because we don't hear a tone of voice or anything, we just read words...so what i thought might have been offensive, really was just a joke and I didn't know that because I'm only reading what ya'll are writing. And i don't think sherides has a moderator anymore, adn i was just trying to remind you guys of where you were talking. Just like people do when you get off topic. Which is exactly what all of this is. Off topic. So anyways. I have a race tomorrow. And it's going to be a muddy sloppy mess. But I'm excited. And I'll roost anyone who puts me down:aargh::laugh:

    yup i hear ya....and i'm all about the mom and pop shops.............especially restaurants. i'd pick the local restaurant over chili's, applebee's or ruby tuesdays anyday.....

    i dont think you save that much at Walmart, actually.....if you shop at stores like Publix, they often have many items every week that are buy one get one free... combine that with coupons, you're saving a BUNCH... Last week I spent $70 bucks or so on groceries...but I saved $42 because of the B.O.G.O. and coupons!!!

    go to: MSHSS, Inc. Cross Country Motorsports Racing It's on Sunday, the race starts at 2PM, kids are in the early AM, dirtbikes start at 11AM....it's a good time:wink: let me know if you're coming!!! Do you have an AMA or ATVA membership? Cause you need that to race.

    umm excuse me for pointing out the obvious.....and I don't think that insulting people is the way to resolve issues. I don't like to be considered a "hatchet wound". I'm a girl who rides and races and I'm very proud of that. If you were a girl who rode/raced you would understand why it's important for us to have our own forum.......maybe you should re-read what you wrote then put yourself in a girl's position and think about how it feels. We're put down enough out there riding, we don't need it on here too. And I do know what you're talking about, because I usually post off of that...next time I post something in She Rides....I'll make sure to put LADIES ONLY in the title.

    ohhh...you see...I'm very new to this sport...and actually to anything that has a motor. I've been learning slowly over the past year... don't hold it against me:frown:I had no idea what was so cool.....but now I kinda understand. Thanks for spelling it out for me Bot!

    Wooly's is closed? I never did get to ride there while I've lived here...thought about it a few times.... Scott: Do you or have you ever raced the Mid-South Harescramble Series?? Sometimes some of the promoters will let people ride there land for practice...middle tennessee is notorius for having no places to ride.... I can't wait to get back to NY where we can pull the quads out, get geared up and hit the trails up through the back yard
