Stoopidbot rode my 660r on his honeymoon so now he's familiar with the power even tho mine's not quite stock....shhhh! and I have him COMPLIMENTING it on VIDEO hahaha for a ute I'd get a Kodiak450- all the goodies of the Griz except the weight and bulk. for a sport I like my 660r, maybe a700r. best SELLING sport quad of all time is the Yamaha warrior 350.

people just LOVE to remove them even tho there are very few problems with em. As I recall it's a new carb cap and throttle cable, plus some wiring instructions. When in doubt, read the instructions again! If still in doubt, call the 800 number, especially when drilling holes in the carb! Did they tell you to install a slide stop? That involves tapping a hole in aluminum as well. I think that's why most Blasters still have the TORS installed haha. How about 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' there's no performance improvement by removing it.....Let us know how it goes!

free is a good price! REM to change the oil cuz most folks never check them, like lawnmowers..... clean, fresh oil will make it happy and bring the compression up. Use the specified oil. Honda and Yamaha will NOT buy you clutch plates under warranty cuz you used car oil in the crankcase and coated the plates with 'energy conserving 2' additives. Seriously. Plus quad engines tend to run hotter than car engines so the blend is different. Same with bikes, they use the oil as a lubricant AND a coolant and need a fluid that can do both. In my experience, I would pop the seat off, grab the owner's manual attached to the bottom of the seat and read every page OK? It could save you a bunch in the long run.

I talked to them earlier this eve on the cell phone and they were crossing Utah. They hope to drive till they reach the Boise Idaho area and snooze. Then one day more to Bend Oregon, where raptor8 lives. we're gonna go riding at East Fort Rock with all kinds of cameras, and have the BBQ from hell which is our custom. You guys are gonna love the videos!!!!! I have two 3 wheelers we can take with us for photos, or if Kristin wants to ride, she can ride my 660r. I think this is gonna be a ball. They have a suite reserved with a hot tub in it yeehaw! hahaha It's their HONEYMOON and they chose to come HERE, so I'm gonna make it memorable to be sure!!!! EastFortRock beckons [still the largest riding area in the lower 48] and 'bot is anxious to tiretrack some trails! Weather looks good, we're gonna have a great time! well that is certainly good news! I don't know about that fitting problem, I thot all those front ends were sealed. Perhaps a picture from a parts catalog? that would help greatly. Most larger dealerships have catalog access, like chaparral, pro-caliber, etc. I use pro-caliber since I used to work there [before it was pro-caliber.]

you dont need a rev box on a 660 [is it a 660? no garage] you need a pipe and some jets. that's a torque engine, not a screamer. clutch should not fail all at once without some weird noises or smells. Check the oil, I mean SMELL the oil. It will tell you. Raptor trannies were only "bad" in 01, I have one I bought brand new, so does one son, no problems, and he services his after I badger him for 6 months to bring it here so I can do it! hahaha Only 01 has different first and second gear ratios too, and no limiter on reverse [that can be scary]. black is too rich, too much fuel, hard to do at idle. if it's not the safety switch then we have a carb problem. Sorry, it's impossible to diagnose by telepathy.....
