    well originally you said a 2002 ??? http://gh-ftp.com/ORV%20Manuals/Polaris/Sportsman/2003/2003%20Sportsman%20600%20and%20700%20-%20OM.pdf you have to let it load and then save it in a tab a the top right of your browser window (page-scroll-save as)

    there are alot of guys here that have ex's and can probably steer you in the right direction. before you put it back to stock, was the low end torque there?

    i'm trying to have one sent to me. don't know if i'll get it for sure but, you never know. looking online, the manuals ran from '97 to 2000 for your bike, so you might be ok with that manual, but i'll definately send the link if i get the 2000 ...

    not necessarily, i would check fuses. how is the kill switch on it? maybe it's corroded and not allowing it to spark?
