    how is the spark and fuel? could be the timing chain has stretched some too ...

    there is no clutch. it is a semi automatic transmission, clutchless ... change gears with toe shifter by sound of rpms (watch downshifting, too high rpms could throw you over handlebars)

    left lever will be the rear brake. i should have a manual for that bike on the first page on Kawasaki ATV Manuals thread in the Kawi section ...

    i have a 91 Big Bear ... reliable and mostly bulletproof ... same drum set up for front brakes. if you find out more info on bolt on from newer models, do share ...

    i would get a rebuild kit for the carb, not hard to do and you could clean it alot better/easier ...

    from what i have been told, all the chinese bikes use the same motors, same parts, etc... here is a 150 manual, i think it is the gy6 motor ... i will look around for your bike, in the meantime, hope this helps ...

    could be the main jet is sticky, and youll have to open part of the carb to clean it ...
