    yea i have done some engine work but still having problems with the reverse. have u checked out the project room i have been updating photos of the project and its coming together pretty good...today i just mounted the front dirt devil tires on the rims,replacing the really old stockers. and i just placed an order for a whole bunch of parts...

    o now i did not know that engages 4x4 in reverse...when u put it in 4x4 is their a anything u have to do for it to engage or can u just press the button, i just picked up a project 94' polaris 400 and dont know anything about the 4x4 or how it works.. i replaced the indicator light bulb that goes inside the switch and it does not turn on. does the atv have to be running or in motion for the light to be on?

    the stock carb settings for a 94 polaris are Main jet...200 pilot jet...30 air screw setting 1.5 turns out jet needle and clip position...6dh29-3 needle jet..0-6(480) As for knocking and pinging problem i have the same problem with mine. i dont know if it is normal or not

    NEW PHOTOS....just got a small order today...also a lot of work has been done to it FRONT STRUTS:BEFORE STRIPPED PAINTED REAR BRAKE I REBUILT IT. THEN STRIPPED THEN REPAINTED. [/img] ALL PUT TOGETHER AND PUT ON ATV [/img] FRONT BRAKES STRIPPED BOTH BRACKET AND CALIPER THEN PAINTED RED AND BRACKET IS PAINTED BLACK [/img] STRIPPED PAINTED [/img]

    when i hold the button down and then engage it in reverse the engine stops sputtering but it still does not engage.. i really have to slam it in reverse for it to go

    just bought 3 new chains for the price of 1, and 2 front and rear break pads for the price of one pair off of ebay..I LOVE EBAY

    really? the belt i have on it is a little stretched...did u go with an oem belt or an aftermarket belt?

    i need everyone's opinion on what color i should paint the rims... the first rim i painted silver but i dont know if it goes well with the black and red plastic and racks on the polaris..my other two atvs have black rims so should i do something different by painting them silver.. well here are two pictures of the rim painted silver.. tell me what you think. and what should i do..\

    yea same...if you still need some advice i would go with gbc dirt devils..i got them on my polaris their great tires and cheap to for a 6ply, same pattern as the mudlites...for size 25 inches would be ok but your top end speed will be reduced a little
