    i mounted the winch and just wired it straight back used zip-ties to keep it at the top part of the frame,and i brought it all the way to the back and mounted the contactor to the rear part of the frame... i will post pictures tonight

    yea i have done a few things its a 400cc,, um the highlifter springs are great as u see from my avatar i have them,, u def should get the spring compressor they have unless u already own one.. for u stock springs u could put hockey pucks underneath the springs if the sag is to much... for the secondary spring if thats all u want i would recommend going to the epi website and just picking out one, cause the HL kits come with the primary and secondary springs... for the carburetor r u doing that mod that was in the HL forums were u drill out 1/8 whole in the carb to improve acceleration??

    i was thinking about going and had the same thoughts as swampcat..but from wat i saw on the videos they have up their is a lot of trail riding..but not 100% sure

    When u got it did u replace/ or check all the fluids? For the carburetor problem with it dying as it gets gas u most likely have to clean it cause u have gunk in it. 1.) If im not mistaken i think the wire/cable that u are looking at is the parking break, on the handlebar is it attached to the hand break or is it loose up their as well? 2.) the air to fuel ratio i can only tell u to wait for the manual, unless someone else chimes in.     wat type of paint did u use? i painted my plastics on my 94 polaris project black( u can check it out in the project room), the paint i used for it was called plastic dip bought it at home depot its like spray on rubber very durable stuff

    well a battery might be the cause to ur problems..but was she using a power washer? also i would check the oil make sure no water got in their and check the air filter
