Well, i found the breather tube that i tucked away up in the front of the plastic when i did the top end, i guess i just forgot about it, Hooked it up and ran great with no smoke. Oil level was perfect and oil was nice and clean. Also after the break in process had to adjust the valves again. They were loud as hell after about an hour of run time. Seems like everything is working as it should now..... Thanks everyone for the tips1 point

I've had 3 atv's in the shop with the "1 spark" problem. 2 of them were regulator/rectifier. The other was a loose ground cable. To check the ground, I take a pair of jumper cables and attach both clamps on one end to battery neg. and the clamps on the other end to the motor and frame.1 point

Check the ignition, it’s possable that the contacts inside the ignition burnt up a little bit. See if you have voltage coming into the ignition switch and not going out when it’s turned to the on position.1 point

Owners manual of Chinese Quad from now defunct website keenmotorbikes.com Have seen this under different names: Keen Motorbike Cougar 150, Rhino 150, NF150, New Force 150, Countryman 150 Owners Manual has wiring diagram at the end of the manual. Also included Engine and Frame exploded diagrams, pdf documents include parts numbers as well but I haven't found them very useful in finding the correct parts. Uploading to help out anyone who might have this quad but hasn't been able to find any info on it since it's a china quad.0 points -
