  1. A wet clutch 4 stroke engine oil. The cheaper you buy oil is how quick it will break down. Not to say that price has something to do with it. But I guess quality of oil makes the difference. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk

  2. Bought the 12 ton press 2 years ago on sale which is always handy for pulling bearings and shock bushings. Has worked flawless.

Get with me and lets plan a trip, where I can save you years of trying to find the best of the trails, towns, restaurants, lakes, hill climbs, campgrounds, so much clean sand, you'll think your riding in Arizona lol! Summer will be here, before you know it! If your over 50, so as to have more in common, join me, and lets ride! Thanks, Steve

  4. Frank I was having problems signing in for some reason I’m very illiterate when it comes to these computers what I said was I don’t think it would be a carburetor problem both carburetors are doing the exact same thing. there is only one screw on the bottom of the carburetor I’m not quite sure if you asked that question it seems like it’s something very simple because the bike runs great as long as you don’t hook up anything to the back of the carburetor it’s bizarre There are no obstructions in the airbox there are no obstructions in any of the vacuum lines I will check the cam and check the valves check the plug have move the needle up-and-down one groove at a time.Sorry if I sound repetitive I’m just getting so frustrated

  5. ok. well I might take the top of the carb off again and adjust the needle some more- the air screw is out all the way haha. and @Frank Angerano, what I found with the chinese carbs so far is that they like to run a lot leaner that the oem carbs. I'm running one on the bayou and on this thing now. other than the startup on the sportsman, both work great! just have to take the air screw waaaaayyyy out. haha I'm still proud of myself for getting the sportsmans carb almost perfect on the first try 🤩🤗

  6. My finish nailer I bought 10 years ago finally started to give me too much trouble. It was cheap from Home Depot. Bought a new one from Amazon for under $30 and VERY happy with it, Has great reviews. Also bought this dual range tester but haven;t use it yet Another Amazon purchase for $21.95. I just started getting free 1 day deliveries with prime, so its so damn easy to shop!

  7. Ah yes, and its a compound slide. That's what happened to my old saw, electric motor was burning until it crapped out!

  9. These are from a 2007 400 service manual, but I would think it would apply to your machine. You need a meter that can measure peak voltage and hold it. If you are using a regular multimeter, your voltage reading is not valid. Mike

  10. You have to take the carburetor off of the bike and completely tear it down. You will need a small piece of wire to clean every small port on the carburetor as well as a small can of air to blow out the carburetor ports while your cleaning it. The part of the carburetor that’s probably jammed up is the float and fill needle inside the bowl. Not allowing fuel to get into the engine. Make sure you work on a clean surface and blow every small oraface out of the carburetor. There is also a fuel air mixture screw on the carburetor before you take that out it would be best to count how many turns it is set at from a snug tight position so you put it right back where it was or close to it when your done.

  11. Bought a cheap grinder to overhaul this trailer. The grate deck was busted in the rear and it was showing a lot of rust. Ran the crap out of this grinder to cut off the old deck and grind off the old welds. Then used it to sand the rust off. Grinder never missed a beat. The new deck is HDPE plastic obtained from my former job. I had thought about adding to the sides and front a section of this plastic, but this added weight to the trailer as it was. Mike

  12. That saw I bought from HF about 5 years ago. The compound slide version. That saw was good for what I needed it for however whenever I used it the electric motor gave off a burning smell that resembled marajuana. So my customers would look at me funny and I had to explain that it’s the saw. I had to turn the saw on to show them. I still have the saw and use it for only demo work now since I’ve upgraded to a better saw but that one did the job and yes it still smells. It’s a smell from the electric brushes but man it was a weird smell.

  14. So, I just bought a 2008 trx 700XX in perfect shape off of marketplace locally. It had a couple upgrades I guess when got it. A power commander (FMF) and full FMF titanium exhaust. I was so pumped to get it home and try her out because a: it was kept up very meticulously and b: after reading honda's spec sheet advertising the stock top speed of 83mph. Needless to say, It won't go anywhere near 80 mph. Although it'll pick the front end up in just about every gear. Has anyone done any modding to this atv and if so, what is the best mods for the bike? Don't let me give the wrong impression though. This is one bad as* bike! I freakin love it !
