  1. huh too bad- I would think there would be others out there who are interested in atvs at a young age....where is this world going....
  2. I would want to make one for the great offroad.... no fun on pavement
  3. No seriously though, is there anyone else here younger than me?
  4. ha I'm gonna get them too next time I'm working on wiring
  5. The thing that always gets me is that its backwards if the screw/bolt is upside down- always remember that cause the drain plug is on the bottom of the bike It helps me if I go ahead and get down on my back and look up at the drain plug....
  6. so how do you guys find deals like this? The best deal I've ever found was my Taotao 110cc that wont run period
  7. one problem.... parents wont let me get a smartphone 😭
  8. ha good one. I'm thinking the flooding is from bypassing the pump- It makes since that the gas might be pushing on the needle too hard forcing its way into the carb bowl, bubbling up through the carb and into the intake or airbox(whichever is lowest) You have to give it to polaris though- only problem its had that I didnt cause so far is the head gasket. And it still rode perfect once I got it going today- rode out on the road with a friend and had it pegged for a couple miles on a back country road... Tons of fun! wish I coulda video'd it with my go pro- probably topping 50 most of the time when not sliding around curves- bike didnt give a hiccup and almost popped a wheelie at one point...
  9. I've been wondering this as well.
  10. I'm totally the oldest person here... haha maybe I'm the youngest here😂
  11. haha ok well I will get right on that. another thing- havnt touched and fluids yet- I was going to use the Valvoline oil for the engine? What for the tranny?
  12. Will it hurt it to just let it burn? If not, I'm probably gonna just sell as is because I'm at my $$$ limit on this bike...
  13. ok. my friend had some 50-50 antifreeze. Also he filled my gas tank up when we were at a gas station and topped it off. result: flooded out the airbox twice and hydro-locked twice. lol a day of one-and-off riding and it just now is getting to lower than a full tank. I smelled the exhaust when it was smoking and it does smell sweet. It also overheated once, but I was riding through the woods in low gear(high rpm) and only about say 5mph. Let it sit and it was fine. It wont overheat period when I'm going faster than a crawl. What I'm wondering is if I switched back to the fuel pump, would that help with flooding? and should I fix the head gasket or just sell as is?
  14. awesome thanks! I'm going riding at a friends house today... maybe I should pick up some antifreeze beforehand? its a little below the 'min' line
  15. ok so it seems it might have have a bad head gasket?? Its smoking white smoke when cold (starts a minute after initial(cold) startup, then quits after about 3 minutes). I smelled it as it was coming out and its smelless. Maybe just condensation? It sure gushes tho..when cold. Thing that got me thinking it was antifreeze was the level in the viewing window was low. But I also didnt check it until I noticed the smoke or condensation or whatever it is... Also what should I put in for antifreeze?
  16. yep. when selling a bike, always pays in the long run to be honest. ...and other places in life too. always pays to be honest
  17. hm. didnt think about that........
  18. yea, that wagon has been through hell and back. used to do drifts with it on the driveway... both me and my brother when he was small. Its got a new back axle (we broke the old one) and I broke the steering out of it and had to fix that... its a ton wagon too- rated up to 2000 pounds.
  19. heres a pic of the little devil:
  20. haha good point. the only reason I assumed it had one is it dies if you peg it from a stop. like not bogs, dies. but if I floor it after getting going, it hooks and goes.. My friend told me before getting it that I would hate it cause it had a 'rev limiter'. first time I had heard of them. I'll post a pic on my thread.
  21. the bolt pattern is the main issue- as far as I know, atv brands have the same bolt patterns among the models- so you couldnt take honda rims and put in on kawasaki.... But I would say yeah, go for it! Worst case, you might have to buy some spacers to keep the rims from rubbing your brakes... dont know about that.
  22. I would go Polaris- dont know anything about tracks tho. I'm in VA- not much snow. I know that 28" mud tires do good for snow unless your belly rubs, then you're stuck. I would get a polaris highlifter and throw a 2" lift on it and then tracks...for snow, I know I would hate to use tracks on the trail cause I cant stand going slow.
  23. I didnt see anything. There is something coming out of the exhaust on my bike that I was going to take apart and look at- seems almost like a valve....
  24. I got a 110cc Taotao. Any idea how to remove or bypass the stupid rev-limiter?? and where is it usually?
  25. extremely helpful!! Where do I get these online? Amazon? How do I know which kind to get for a specific bike?
