Hi all, I don't recall the year but I have two Kazuma Coyotes 90cc for my kids. One is fine the other one slips in forward gear to the point it won't run. Before I tear into this anyone have an idea of gear box adjustment or what type this is? Direct drive, band type? Any advice is appreciated since the kids are not very patient taking turns with one running go kart. Thanks for the time.

i noticed my clutch slipping yesterday and trying to figure it out today. this makes no sense to me at all but i have it pinned down to when im in a higher gear 4th,5th, and turning left hard on the throttle??? i noticed when taking a corner in 5th drifting and all of a sudden it slipped and i could rev it over and over and it didnt fully engage untill i straightend out, so to put it to the test i found a big patch of snowy ice and started doing a big donut in 4th and hit a sandy part and it started slipping and kept slipping untill i straightened out, then did this a few more times to confirm......does this make any sence to anyone???? i also did it turning right to check if it does it then and i couldnt get it to do it....i also made sure my foot wasnt pulling up the shift lever because i convinced myself i must of been doing that and im not, theres no sounds to indicate splines worn out and slipping just the sound of the motor revving any help would be appreciated, im going to go tear into the clutch right now and see what i can find also to add i did just change the oil and i didnt use atv oil but why would it do this when turning left??? could it be the force pushing oil to be higher on the clutch pack???

does anyone know if the angle sensor on an 04 honda rancher 400 can cause the bike to bogg down and slip
-
Ok, I dug around on here but to no avail. A newbie here so be gentle. My 01 Kodiak 400, (bought new and fluids seem good) automatic, will slip/jerk if in park on a slope. Shifts and drives fine all the time but just not strong on the parking. So, nothing I cant live with for now but...will it harm anything if I delay repairs? Is it something that can be repaired without it looking like a titanic overhaul and is it typically a high dollar thing? Thank you much in advance!!

Hi! I own a rancher at 2004 since few months and works perfectly. However i realized that when i climb a hill especially rough one, or when i doing a donut in the sand, transmission seems to slip for about one second. I can hear the motor rolling free and feel like i'm going to neutral. I had this summer to carry a broken polaris in a trailer and my honda did a great job and no slipping, but when I "shake it"a little it may slip! I read it could be an oil problem(low level). Is anyone ever had this problem or noticed it? Thanks a lot!

We have a Bobcat 2200 (made by Club Car) and the transmission is starting to slip more. It will power out on a hill with loads that used to not be a problem. Is this a sign that the belt is worn and needs to be replaced or could it be something else? Thanks, Jere

I have an '07 650 H1. Recently, when trying to take off easy, it acts like the belt is slipping. If I give it the gas, it grabs and takes off. It has 1300 miles on it and it has never had water or mud in the belt housing. I can think of no real reason why the belt should be worn enough to slip. Could there be some kind of lubrication problem not allowing the sheaves to move properly?

Hello, I am new and not sure if I am posting in the correct area. It seems like my ATV's trans is slipping. I only use it to mow with a tow behind. When I turn sometimes there is a high pitched noise and ATV doesn't move. Does the clutch need to be replaced or are there any adjustments I can do? This does not happen when cruising. Thanks in advace.

I have a raptor 660r and I have adjusted the clutch because initially my issue was that when I put it in reverse it would bogg down and die out because it acted like it was not all the way in gear. Then my reverse works after adjusting the cable by the engine and now I am noticing that when I give it alot of gas it slips and does not have all the torque. I also noticed this when I was pulling someone out it was slipping real bad. Anyone have any suggestions?

have a raptor 660 that is doing something a little weird. If i just go along slow it is fine but once I put some pep in it the thing seems to skip every 4 seconds. At first I thought the chain was slipping but I can not see any wear or visually see it slipping. When it does it there is a loud clicking/clanking going on. The weird thing about it is that it does get up and go and will accelarate even while doing this. Any suggestions?
