According to the diagram the white wire goes to the far right side of the controller that it goes back to. -

I believe that’s the RSE switch. Is there a red button on the throttle handle ? -

1996 Suzuki King Quad 300 Smokes [VIDEO]
Frank Angerano replied to crochet homemade's topic in Suzuki ATV Forum
Could be a number of things. But first you have to identify what color smoke then pull the spark plug to see the color and also do a compression test. Black smoke rich fuel condition caused by a stuck choke of a dirty/improper adjusted carburetor. Blue smoke is oil from either bad valve seals or worn piston/rings. -
1996 Kawasaki Mojave KSF250 No Spark
Frank Angerano replied to Chris2018's topic in Kawasaki ATV Forum
I would pull the silencer off leave the pipe on from the engine and see if the exhaust pipe goes to glowing again while it’s running or pull the silencer off and inspect it to see if there is a blockage. -
honda 350 4x4 starting problems only sometimes
Frank Angerano replied to scotty2hotty01's topic in Honda ATV Forum
That’s good news brother. It hurts having to pay that much money for a part but you can’t go wrong with an oem cdi. It’s a solid state component and can’t be tested unfortunately. Anyway I’m glad it worked out for you ride safe. -
2003 Honda TRX650 Idling High
Frank Angerano replied to Carl Edouard Denis's topic in Honda ATV Forum
The only reason I could see the idle changing while your shaking the bike is fuel swishing around inside the bowl of the carburetor and somehow making its way up and into the intake portion of the carburetor. Something along the lines maybe a loose jet of some sort inside the bowl. Secondly would be the main jet needle where it locks into the slide in the carburetor is missing the clip or installed wrong and loose. -
2008 Suzuki king quad 750 fuel pump relay
Frank Angerano replied to Ted Aregi's topic in Suzuki ATV Forum
Why would you have to convert to a stronger relay ? Is the existing one failing ? A relay is pretty straight forward except for the manufacture brand, that’s where the quality is. Bosh makes a good relay and a few other brands. -
Got out to do a little hunting set up.

That trailer is 5 feet by 10 feet. Perfect for what I need. The ramps go up the side without any problem and I keep the bikes side be side. I still have room for anything else I need to carry. Cooler, toolbox etc. -

If your referring to the air duct at the front of the atv that’s under the plastic the answer is no. The plastic has a cap built in that allows air to get in. -

You put the gauge in tighten the adjustment until it takes a slight pull for it to come out. Not tight where you have to yank the gauge out but enough where you need to pull it out out and it slides right out. If your 2 turns out go back a quarter to 1-3/4 and see if it runs better. If not go 2-1/4 out and see how that goes. Trial and error my friend. How about that exhaust, any luck? -

Frank Angerano replied to Carl Edouard Denis's topic in Honda ATV Forum
Have you checked that the throttle cable is not looped up or kinked anywhere ? Check where the cable adjuster is on the handlebars where the cable enters the throttle assembly. Make sure nothing is broken. Turn the handle bars back and forth while the bike is idling and see if there’s any change. The cable could have been changed and routed improperly. -

Thanks @Rich1028. Hey @mikeexplorer or any other member that can explain something to me. The trailer tires on my trailer are 5.30 x 12. What is the 5.30? I know the 12 is the rim but that 5.30 ? I want to go bigger as in width and a bit taller but keep the same rim. Is that doable ? -

Double check that the exhaust is not backed up. Even if you have to pull the silencer off and run it. The silencer could be clogged and causing this. Make sure you have the proper spark plug in the machine and not a hot plug. What did you set the air fuel screw at ? Spec says it’s 1-3/4 I went to 2 in mine and it ran good. -

My first trailer project.
Frank Angerano replied to Frank Angerano's topic in ATV Trailers, Haulers, and Attachments
I remember this project. It came out very nice. Mine is juts a little guy enough for my two machines that me and my son use. I was going to swap over to the led but the existing lights and harness are in perfect condition and work great. I do however want to change the tire size. I have 5.30x12 tires. I want a wider and maybe slightly taller tire on my existing rims. -
1999 suzuki king quad fuel pump/petcock/carb advice
Frank Angerano replied to Dra O's topic in Suzuki ATV Forum
That’s great news brother!!! Very happy for you. Most likely going to need a carb cleaning. The only reason the over flow would act up like that is the float needs to be adjusted or the float has a crack in it and it’s filled with gas or the needle that the float raises up to shut the flow down has something (dirt/crud) stick in there. I posted a topic on cleaning a carb. Take a look, it walks you right through the process step by step. Not a big deal to do. Great work on getting the machine running. Once you get that carb straight I don’t think your going to have any more problems. Remember Quadcrazy is not only a help forum but a place to share and post your pics and rides so stay in touch! Enjoy and ride safe. -
Have you tried to rock it and switch gears while it’s running or not running? If so and it didn’t work then try to get the rear wheels off of the ground and see if that works. That bike is full time 4x4 correct ? I always put my parking brake on when on a hill, tough to remember to do but you will remember after a while.

Frank Angerano replied to Christian Brindle's topic in Polaris ATV Forum
Wow ok, so two things come to mind. 1. The compression release, is it working properly. 2. The timing is 180 deg out. Are you sure you set the timing correctly? If you pull the spark plug out and crank the engine how does it act, any binding? -
Wow ! That looks bad. Nice work on the tear down. It looks like a no oil situation, have you looked to see if the oil line is obstructed or not pumping into the mixture port ? Not familiar with that bike so I’m not sure if it’s pumped. My guess is the same as yours with a no oil in the mixture. @06kfx440 has this bike and has done some work on it. maybe he can shed some light on this.

So I decided to pick up a small trailer if I could get one for the right price. I found this one for a few hundred bucks on Craig’s list. It is a galvanized trailer which is exactly what I was looking for. The wood was shot and needed some minor repairs which I could care less about as long as the chassis was good. I striped it down and put a new deck on. I had some vinyl realtree graphics that I had laying around so I added them to the fenders which I think worked out well. Very happy with this little guy. I'm having the iron workers at my jobmake me up a few lightweight side rails that will have a 22 degree bend in them to accommodate the tires that slightly hang over the edge and will incorporate some tie down points as well.
