    much easier !!! you'll see when the new u-joint will just slip in and clip it ...

    there are going to be little circle clips holding the u-joint on, if you're lucky it might all fall apart, or you might have to do some hammering on the centers of the u-joint itself to get it to move. heat is always good sometimes too if you're careful, just a small propane torch for plumbling....

    i would check the diff fluid level and make sure there is fluid there, there is going to be a little play in the driveshaft, and the cv joints too. if you jack the front up, you can move the tires, wiggle like to make sure the bearings are good, and tie rods and ball joints. what is making you think it's the driveshaft and or u-joint? just noise? or unbalanced?

    i have the 2005 manual, searching online it is supposed cover up to 07, but there are no supplements in this manual... you are more than welcome to it. when you get to the page, login tab is in the top right corner, then after login, top middle page and click the 'folders' icon. suzuki has its own folder inside there ...

    LOL... yah, the other part of it is alot better, we were there to stay out of the wind. the gravel pit is starting back up again from the winter so there will be more hills, right now there are only a couple and some holes

    i looked last night for the specs but couldn't find them for the stator. there are two connectors coming from the stator/block, and i know there is one connection with 2 wires that you test is for the stator. this is an example from a 1995 - 2004 Yamaha Wolverine YFM 350 Service Manual.
