  1. Does this help you? Sent from my Passport using Tapatalk
  2. Yes heard about that too. Not sure how valid it is. Been a berry fan since the start, and I'm not even Canadian, though I have played one TV Sent from my Z10 using Tapatalk
  3. These rigs don't handle the cold very well. I left my 94 plow rig out for a week. Unfortunately a cold snap hit and the battery froze. Can't get it to start either. Wheels freeze up on it too. I don't know of a bigger battery you could get, except maybe for the expensive gel types. Since yours was running fine before, I suggest putting it in a warm space and let it thaw for a day. Put a fresh charge on the battery if still good. Troubleshoot thereafter. Sent from my Z10 using Tapatalk
  4. Have you been leaving it out frozen? Sent from my Z10 using Tapatalk
  5. I hate to say this, but thinking there is something wrong with the starting gears inside. Have to access through the left hand crank case.
  6. I don`t understand your terminology. The seals where the rear drive line exit the crank case, you might be able to change it. You would have to dig the seal out around drive line. Might not happen and then you`re stuck. Usually, these are beat out from the inside of the case.
  7. If you are talking about the forward drive shaft seal coming out of the forward crank case, no, can not be replaced easy. Crank case has to be split to get to it.
  8. Does turning the handle bars effect the idle any? Other than that, thinking you need to clean and rebuild the carb.
  9. How does it start with the pull start?
  10. What kind of trouble are you having specifically?
  11. Blackberry Z10. Take it riding with me to take pictures and use my mapping apps. Will be getting a Passport when AT&T releases it next month.
  12. I`m with LT80. We are trying to help you calm your fears. My kids never wore chest protectors nor took a safety class for that matter. Helmets yes and always. You can take the boy to the free class on your own. Him learning to ride a 4 wheeler will help him be a better car driver when he gets there. BTW, automobiles are statistically far more dangerous. I do wonder if you are more concerned about seeking affirmation that "You are right, and he is wrong". If so, I doubt many of us here will condemn those who participate in and promote the sport we are passionate about.
  13. If moving the clip the other way doesnt help, then I would undo the jet mod you did. BTW, who did you buy it from? Perhaps they have pointers.
  14. No, I would not make that assumption. The WDM does not lay out the circuitry inside the module. I would start ringing the wires from the ignition switch because turning the key on should light all that up. When I turn the key on my 09, all the lights on the LCD light up momentarily to verify they are working.
  15. Does the vacuum slider move smoothly? How did it run before you tore into the carb?
  16. Try raising the needle another notch. If no joy, then try lowering it a notch from your initial setting. Sent from my Z10 using Tapatalk
  17. Frostbite, I downloaded it right before I replied to you. There is another sticky thread with manuals. Try the one there. Sent from my Z10 using Tapatalk
  18. Does sound like a wiring problem since you changed the display and no joy. Do you have a wire diagram for this? If not, download here: http://www.quadcrazy.com/atvforum/suzuki-atv-forum/11118-2005-suzuki-king-quad-700-manual.html WDMs on back pages.
  19. Motosport, bikebandit, cheapcycle, are some of the more popular online suppliers. EBay has good deals too. Sent from my Z10 using Tapatalk
  20. I dont see any on ebay right off. Remember you have a 280 KQ. I saw in your other post, you wrote 250. The 99-04 KQ model carbs will work too. What is wrong with the carb you have?
  21. You can get replacement boots or CV joint rebuild kits from the online parts suppliers or Ebay. Good quality axles are expensive, but I would not use cheap replacements.
  22. Sorry for Bolts. I have a colleague who is a fan too. GO HAWKS!
  23. First you should use OEM axles. After market bearings dont hold up. Ebay usually has them from a part out. Do have the yokes synchronized correctly per the attached?
