  5. there is a place about 40 min east of me that rebuilds shocks and alot of guys i know have had them do there shocks and really noticed a difference ...
  6. i always ran fullflight A-arms ..they are fully adjustable ...and i used works tripple rate shocks with rezzys..fullflight has a website and will sell to u on line from there site .. they also have a full line of replacement parts for there A-arms .. i also bought some of the parts for there stuff from the local autozone ...lol.. was cheaper than ordering from them online .. when i re-powder coated my A-arms i emailed them and asked for a price on replacement decals and they sent me 4 sets free ... so they are great people to deal with and the A-arms are built to last ... FullFlight Racing - Servicing and supplying the ATV and Racing world check them out an see what you think..if you have your shocks re-valved and springs replaced they would also work better on your 400ex..
  7. kool.. and they really come in handy ... have a 5000 lb on the big polaris ...and have had to use it several times ...
  8. no problem and enjoy looking through all the forum posts and pics .. there are alot of them ... and some great videos also..
  9. if you dont see a filter on/in the fuel line going frm the tank to the carb then it dosent have 1 ... there should be a screen in the tank on the fuel stem that is on the inside of the tank ware the fuel line go's into the tank .. r on the fuel shut off if its mounted to the tank ... if you want a filter you can add 1 inline between the tank and carb...
  10. ox has more repair/service manuals then most dealers ...lol..
  11. they also made a 3-wheeler with that same motor and trans on it that will interchange ..just to give you another option for parts..
  12. there are alot of parts for thoes on ebay .. and you might be able to find an atv salvage yard that would have alot of parts also...
  13. had to work on 1 of thoes that was doing the same thing ...it was the base gasket at the bottom of the jug (cylinder) .. i also replaced the water pump shaft seal and the gaskets on the water pump just to make shure they were new and not causing any problems in the future ... so i would check both of thoes just to make shure .. and they dont cost that much to do.. just the time to do it is about 2 to 3 hours ..
