    I'm not sure without listening to it. Is it possibly the starter motor spinning? Maybe it's not disengaging properly?

    Sounds like a fuel problem where the carb bowl dries out...if you put it in neutral and give it some gas while coasting downhill, does it die?

    Well, I don't have many modifications or upgrades on my Grizzly, but I do have an HMF Swamp Series exhaust modification that I like the best.

    Congrats on the ATV. You'll need to measure points on each side to see teh distance between and make a determination on what is bent.
