    Looks like no replies, have you figured this one out? Normally what I do to see if parts fit multiple years is to search on an OE parts site and see if the part numbers are the same. Or search for the description and see if it covers multiple years.

    @John Dunn III looks like no answers, may have got lost in the mix. Typically that atv should give you hours of trouble free use as long as it wasn't beat on or neglected. Just change the oil regularly and keep it clean. Inspect under the seat, wiring, etc.

    Should come off, may have to pry it off with a flathead screwdriver, gasket may just be corroded on. Maybe light tap with a rubber mallet. If it’s been sitting for a while, check the float, sometimes they get stuck from sitting for years.

    When you switch through drive and reverse, do you get any feeling that its shifting? Going into park work fine as well? Check your linkage, transmission lever, to make sure its moving. Are you low on tranny fluid possibly?

    That's pretty good to get that thing to 320k! Tranny lines run through the radiator also: Did you overheat? Have you checked the transmission fluid color? Is it black and burnt?

    That's a nice scissor lift! Looks good to me, like those K&N filters for cars. Should give you more power as long as the cfm ins't too high and run too lean. Is that a generic or fit for this mojave?

    @Dra O maybe a silly question and I really don't know the answer but when looking at the parts diagram, I noticed two version of the fuel petcock for your YMM atv. Did you buy the correct one?

    Did the bearing go bad or the actual hub broke? Check http://www.2wheelpros.com/oem-parts/2005-polaris-predator-500-a05gj50aa-ab-ac-front-hub-and-front-wheel-a05gj50aa-ab-ac-assembly.html I believe this is the hub, you may be able to save a little on Amazon: Here's used one from ebay:

    Have you tried going in reverse and then forward on a flat surface? They usually get out of diff lock when moving.
