My first quad was an 86 Yamaha 200 Shaft Moto4 reverse. I was 9 years old and got it for my birthday. My father bought it still in its shipping crate and we had to put it together. Those were some cold nights! My first snowmobile was a Ski Doo. It had no engine cover and I loved watching the butterflies open up when my father would gun it. I was to young to drive it myself. The Moto4 is still running today and can still pull wheelies 100% original even rear tires

Check all your body grounds first. Meaning take every ground off and clean them first. Check the tightness of the ground bolts. Once that is done then proceed with your troubleshooting. Guessing costs money so be 100% sure. D/L a shop manual and follow their test procedures. Mario Welding Inc Telecommunication and Utility Equipment Repairs

I found a neat product a walmart. Its a pump that screws onto gear oil bottles and pumps gearoil into stern drives on boats. It screws into regular quart oil bottles too. Great for topping off motors that need a little oil no messy funnel as it has a hose and cap. I leave the pump in the oil bottle and store it in my tow vehicle. It costs about 12 bucks in the oil section

Repairing a Synthetic Winch Line - Walkthru
marioweldinginc replied to Smoothbassman's topic in ATV & Off Road Modifications
I you need synth rope in a hurry you can go to any marine store like WestMarine. I have my ropes made up by them from 3/8" x 65" to 1"x75'. I use them for repairing Verizon winch lines. Steel winch lines are not allowed by law due to electrocution hazards. When ordering winch line make sure you get "stablebraid" It wont stretch easy and doesnt try to rotate when being pulled -
what do you use your quad for

2003 Honda 400 EX Rear rims and tires
marioweldinginc replied to marioweldinginc's topic in Honda ATV Forum
Now I have a new question. the rear rims on my ex are factory 9x8.0 but physically measure 9x9. the offset measures 5"outside and 4"inside. Ive measured several times in different spots. Which aftermarket size rim should I use to keep it as close to stock as possible. According to the mudthrowers wheel chart I have 9x9" rims. plus I have a 11" x 9" tire on there now. If so why are my rims marked 9x8.0 and did I measure the offset correctly? If I go with an ITP t-9 in a 9x9, the closest offset they make is 3x6 If I go with a 9x8" rim the offset is closer at 3x5 The tires on there are Maxxis RAZRs 20" x 11" x 9". The reason Im asking is RMATVMC is cheaper than the stealers here plus I would like to have an extra set of rims/tires if needed already mounted. AM I looking to much into this? If so please smack me -

Ok the stealer said it would be about 300 for a set of razr2 plus 50 to mount them on my rims. Good price? The hole shots where 90 a piece Sent from my SGH-T959V using Tapatalk -
Ok lets see if we can get something fun going?
