what about shaving down the seat I have a few inches? like 2 or so?? think that would help? I still have to get a new seat cover regardless...just lookin to find the easiest way

congrats on fixin it lets home it doesnt cost too much to get it jetted, if you're goin that route... get some pictures uploaded on here....esp. of the exhaust, we might be able to help you out w/a brand if we know what it looks like

keith, i'm sure Stoopidbot can give you some answers....hopefully he sees this... but as for it not starting, especially in the cold, that's just a typical honda. I have a 2000 400ex that I race and she's the same way...we warm the quads up before we try to start them...like this morning it's 14 degrees out here and we have a race in a few hours...we put the quads in the enclosed trailer, started our mini salamander...left 'em in there for about 10 mins, brought them out and they fired right up pretty much. I'm sure your oil problem might have something to do with it also though....

welcome & you're right, riding wtih buddies is muchhhhh smarter...even when we ride in a huge group i bring a cell phone just incase....you can never be safe enough... hope you find some ridin' buddies!!

the race is off of 88 in belden hill, ny you should come if you're close. it was a blast, although very rutty and now my back is still killing me two days later....
