  1. And ..... Does the fan spin? If so great and you would go to the temperature switch on the radiator like @mikeexplorer mentioned. See if one of the wires has 12+ with the key on. If not then you have to trace the 12+ from the temperature sensor to the fuse block, there is also an in-line fuseable link in the harness on the 12+ power wire going to the temperature switch. Also check your ground on the fan motor.
  2. Nothing broke per say. That's the one way clutch. They go sometimes plain and simple. That part #6 should be what you need but its behind the flywheel and bolted to the flywheel. Going to need the side cover gasket and most importantly is loctite for 6 allen bolts holding it to the flywheel. @Ajmboy The flywheel needs a special puller to get it off. If you don't have one i can mail you mine. Its not big and you can mail it back.
  3. Agreed with @Ajmboy on the head gasket.
  4. It sounds like a shot battery to me, i would start there first before i take anything apart. Maybe time for a new battery!!!
  5. Lol work itself out?? No its not going to work itself out! Any codes coming up? Start by checking all the obvious stuff like fuses, any wire or switch damage and check for power to the power steering control.
  6. So it comes on as per the temperature on the sensor?
  7. Nice stuff Gunny. I love the tall pines and the fresh snow on the ground.
  8. For some reason with these Suzuki electrical systems i find them to be very temperamental.
  9. It is the hard part, i had to run out for some supplies today and drove by the park and there were 200 plus people in the park today!!! I am shocked at the ignorance, only reason i went out today was to get what i need so i can stay away from the general population for the next two weeks. Not good.
  10. Definitely a smart move brother. The next two weeks are going to be tough on us all!
  11. I don't think you can put a price on that fix. Splitting, locating a covet and reassembled is a number i don't want to think about! $200 is a score.
  12. Thats right your wife is in health care. How is she doing????
  13. Could be belt slop or maybe some tired clutch springs. If it goes away when the rpms go up them it's obvious a centrifugal issue that's related to the clutch or belt. It would help if you mentioned the make model and year.
  14. Wow that looks great! You have to be skilled to do that work. Awesome stuff right there, ride safe.
  15. No difference. Amazon has one. Caltric Agm Battery for Kawasaki Bayou 220 Klf220A Kl-F220A 1992-2002 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01DGLSMSQ/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_vN-HEb9B1G7BD
  16. Yes sir keep us posted and please ask any questions you may have! We will be more then happy to answer to the best we can! good luck !
  17. Nice! Great time for a project! What is it, year and any pics ?
  18. Personally if i broke down and spent the money on a cdi it damn well better be the right one! Plug and play...... what year is your machine and what did you buy? Oem or aftermarket? Id it possible they sent you or you ordered the wrong part? The last thing one would want to do is start chopping up a harness after spending money on a cdi.
  19. It could be a bad rectifier also once it gets warmed up. Very possible.
  20. I cant see fuel getting in that vacuum line any other way then a bad fuel pump. double check your air/fuel screw as well.
  21. @Amboyjim take a look at your initial post/topic. I responded to it and im sure others will. It keeps it easier to track that way.
  22. Blown head gasket usually will not kick back fuel into the air box like that. It's usually contained to the cylinder head and very easy to hear. BUT a compression test definitely could not hurt!
  23. Great stuff! Got a little bit of everything in there!! ATV'S demolition derby and some dirt bike action as well!!! Love the satellite station as well. Was that a drone shot ?
  24. Nice work brother. Someone else will use this information down the road! Great stuff, ride safe.
