  1. I ordered some HID lights for my rzr and need to update my battery...I went and got an Yellow top Optima and built a battery box... I just finished my hold down and put it in tonight... I also just orderd a Houser +4 long travel kit with elka shocks which should be here this week...
  2. here are some pics of the harnesses I put in and my UMP filter setup...
  3. not too bad... they nose dive a quit a bit... We were jumping half way across our 50ft table top at our track...
  4. I've been looking into buying a house and my rock buggy that I have been building for 5 years had to go... I sold most of the parts so I decided it was time for a new toy.. I found a 2008 RZR, its got ITP wheels/ ITP Terracross tires, front/rear bumpers and top. I threw some 4 point harnesses in it already and have a set of suspension seats left from my buggy that im going to try to put in it... I just ordered a UMP filter setup to do away with the crappy stock filter box. HID lights, Optima battery and exhaust are in the works for next month... Long travel and a few other thing are in the plans in the near future too...
  5. check the pilot jet... its the only jet used at idle
  6. probably check the pilot jets in both to make sure they are clean. If they are clean check they sync on the carbs... Id get a tors removal kit makes everything much easier...
  7. My 03 duramax and a friends enclosed packed for Little Sahara last year... The trailer had 5 big bikes, a pit bike, everyones coolers, gear and food in it. In the back of my truck we had a rick of wood, two more pit bikes, two coolers and a burn ring... Been looking for a bigger trailer to build a toy hauler out of... All but one of these bike was in the trailer...
  8. you should need to run anything over 91 it would just be a waste of money... We all run JE 13.1 in our 250f dirtbikes and we only run 91
  9. I have the tusk brand splitter too, as well as their crank puller/installer... pretty good tools for the price...
  10. its from all the oil being burnt... Probably mostly from the rings. If you going to put new valves in put new seals in for sure and i would have your guides checked.
  11. First of all go buy a splitting tool, it make life much easier... split it on its side with one side facing down so when it comes apart your transmission stays in place... Done a few motors and its no big deal just take your time and dont use a pry bar... aluminum breaks!!!!!!!!!!
  12. wheels way up with +6 inch swingarm
  13. thanks, Kawasaki green base/clear... the bike was less than a month old... he had me tear it down and paint the frame and arms... he went with a monster energy drink theme...
  14. Putting my friends bike back together after painting it in during the winter
  15. thanks its not the biggest but its a lot of fun. The biggest thing on it is the front table top which is 65ft. sections get changed two or three times a riding season when we get bored.
  16. ok i know they are not quads but enjoy some footage of me and my buddies on our track.. I bought my 250f a couple years ago and just never rode my banshee so i had to let it go... I still like this sight so i figured i would share... Enjoy!!!!!!!!! If you dont have facebook these might not work... im putting them on youtube right now... Welcome to Facebook Welcome to Facebook
  17. need a little more info... does it still have TORS on the carbs or are the carbs drilled and tapped with idle screws in the side? did it run before you cleaned the carbs or not? are you setting the idle and carb sync by ear or do you have the right gauge?
  18. where in ks are you from??? im down in the south east corner of ks...
  19. Its not the oldest but banshee's have been around forever almost unchanged...
  20. Here are a couple of threads i found a while back when i was going to do mine... the second one is a pretty cool build... what size do you have... iv been looking for a 20 or 24 x 8.5 for mine... Enclosed Trailer Setups - ThumperTalk 2004 Cargomate 16X7 enclosed hauler
  21. Well first of all i would sell your warrior and buy a banshee... they have the biggest bands of them all... and if that isn't fast enough, you can upgrade bands form +4 mil to +20 mil bigger
  22. i think i would look into an aftermarket cdi instead of just a rev box.. there are some like dyna tek that modify timing and other things to increase hp as well as offering different higher rev options...
  23. sounds like a timing issue to me... might check the chain tensioner too...
  24. thats cool... what month sand sport was it in... im pretty sure i've seen it before...
