  7. maybe with it sitting under the blankets, and so humid during the summers, the moisture was wicked up thru the carb into the head ??
  8. i would think if there's water in the head it came from the gas tank or someone had it in water before it was parked ???

  10. you have to keep all the tires the same size or else you will have major repairs after the first time in 4 wheel drive. you should be alright for clearance, you can always click your shocks to a stiffer setting if not, but i think you will be ok ....

  13. i think they are a diff set-up. someone else was looking for the carb kit and i think yamaha kept the same carb for 3 or 4 years and then changed it again....
  14. hello and welcome !! best bet would be ebay or kijiji for a parts bike. i'm sure the carb could be swapped. just don't know if connections are the same and the mm of carb. if you have a local yami dealer close by, buy one of the mechanics a timmy's and a jelly donut to get some info actually there is a fellow on this site that swaps carbs of diff bikes, i'll try and think of his handle and set you 2 up to chat ...
