    mines

    stator on a bike is the altenator on your car .... you might want to check out the pulse generator, you'll see it in the pics here .... pic 1, the culprits might be #9 and/or #10.

    wow !! the swivel straps are very nice !! very nice quality, my buddies here were wanting them. i love the rzr mask too, it will come in handy for sure !! the rocky mountain gift card came in a very nice tin box too. thanks QC !!! this site is awesome, but i already knew that when i joined

    is there any noise when you turn it over? (like grinding and clanging) do you still have spark at the plug? fuel to the carb?

    Have you tested the stator and pick up coil? That produces the spark ...

    solenoid/starter relay is probably shot then. i'm not sure if the polaris have an actuator switch (electric) that engages the 4 wheel ... trace the wires from the 4 wheel button on the handlebars if you can, the wire might have gotten clipped, bent, broken or have a bad connection ...

    should be good to go. the tire going into the turn will be alot tighter than the outside tire ...

    i don't think it does, once the motor is running the electrical is, or should be running from that. do your lights and gauges work without the battery while running?
