  1. i looked on their web site mario, and all they had available was jet kits for your bike. i have the guys email address if you want to see what he can do for you pipe wise... [email protected]
  2. this link shouldn't be lost ... quad crazy is now ranked #4 !! just go to first page of this thread and click on the first comment posted ... it will take you to the voting page automatically and just say YES to quad crazy
  3. keep us updated on what you progress is ... hopefully it's all fuses !!
  4. i took a look, very cool !!
  5. what happened when you connected it backwards? from what i read, there is a gray box around the battery case with the fuse inside ... i would try first checking all fuses that you can locate
  6. from what i have read on diff forums, you may have been lucky enough to just blow a fuse at the battery, it is held in place by 2 screws, so don't try yanking it out with pliers before the screws are removed. if not so lucky, ck1999_400ex says it might have killed your cdi box and stopped there. hope this helps and hope it's just an inexpensive fuse ...
  7. thanks dave, just helps sometimes to narrow it down to a specific year is all ...
  8. good morning quad crazy!!
  9. hey big D, welcome to quad crazy. what year bike are we talking about? not sure if all the 500's were the same thru the 2000's ... thanks
  10. i had six pucks at the rink tonight and only came back with two... now i know where they went !! LOL
  11. you sure got some air on that one !!
  12. dirt always sticks better to the quad in the rain LOL
  13. looks comfy too. nice addition to your bike
  14. shop around the diff part sites and see how much all this will cost and then make a decision if you want to put that much into it. maybe consider finding another bike for parts. that might be cheaper, but not guaranteed all good parts ... still a good bike, but have to consider 20+ years of wear and tear
  15. yes, kibble brand for all
  16. ck says to get the kibble brand valves and guides and you should be ok with that
  17. what year is the bike? i have a couple or so for arctic cat ...
  18. if you just have a leak from your tire, most likely cause is small hole or dirt and debris around the bead. mix up a bowl of water and some dish soap and try and find where it is. buy a plug kit if its a hole (you'll want one in your quad anyway) and if it's the bead, take the tire off and let the air out and break the bead seal and clean it. if you put a tube in, it will probablly twist and move and tear the valve stem...
  19. nice pic, looks awesome !!
