So. An update. Raptor 700... has ran excellent. Just changed the oil. Added another bar riser, ODI grips, Troywcc Evac, removed radiator overflow, polished most aluminum parts and that's about it. Raptor 350.... I hate this quad. Ran awesome after rebuild. Then it started having some carb problem. I bored the carb and boot, rejetted it. Ran awesome. Then it started spraying oil from somewhere... So here is where it's at now... Metal shavings in oil filter...

I'd rather use the gas to make sure I get home or to the trailer then fill up my tire... JMHO

Fuses, negative not grounded, clutch sensor...

It will run without a battery. I have run my Raptor 350 without the starter and battery...

No, you can pull it off without having anything falling out. You WILL need a new clutch gasket. Do not use RTV of Yamabond on that stuff.

Yes the stock axle is fine...

You go to your local parts store am buy them, or you can get them online. I like ODI lockon grips. Not super soft, but I wear gloves, and my hands have scrapes and cuts so I couldn't care less about a blister. I guess Pro Taper Pillow tops are nice. You have to guess on the size if you will like it or not. I have ROX AntiVibe risers and there is no vibration.
