  2. I thought that timing tensioner was spring loaded. Not sure though. I believe you release the tensioner or snug it when the atv is off. NOT positive on that model though. Have you signed up and looked at: Yamaha Motor Corporation, USA - My Yamaha Signup

  6. I think it's a plunging joint. You got a picture of your quad? Are you using oversized tires? Any modifications to the tires, rims, suspension? Or is it all stock? I guess if your jumping that thing...could be.

  18. I would de-grease the crankcase with some gunk and then try to pin point the leak.   20. Are you registered at Polaris to view the parts manuals? Polaris ATV User Sign On Most manufacturer websites have some sort of parts section and manuals.
