  1. Your absolutely correct @MarkinAR and they are accessory connections. My guess is the neutral safety switch or the fuse next to the relay.
  2. Have you checked that all four tires are the same size? It appears that the fronts look smaller then the rear bit it could be the pic. All 4x4's have to have the same size. Just a shot in the dark but hey could be.
  3. Hey @Todd Michael welcome to Quadcrazy. Check your neutral safety switch and make sire its working. Its a light green wire going into the side of the engine just above the shifter. Its a light green and red wire. Green is for neutral light red is for reverse light. All you need to do to test this is to put a jumper wire from a good ground source to the light green wire and turn the key on. If the dash lights come on then the problem is at the neutral safety switch. Make sure the atv is in neutral. If you press the start button and the bike is in gear it will roll. let me know.
  4. Lol ok just checking!!! But seriously there is no other forum quite like Quadcrazy. Im curious about how it looks so be sure to post pics when you open it up.
  5. Another group your in???? Are you cheating on us???? lol. I think you pull the bevel gear cover off and see whats what. I have a feeling a tooth busted off and did the damage.
  6. Carburetor cleaning / rebuild By Frank Angerano, August 6, 2019 in General ATV Discussion Original Content From: @Randel1 hit on some very good points. Nothing like an oem carb. Aftermarket carburetors never work well unless they are a very aftermarket manufacturer and that price would compare to the oem carb price. Take a look at this post and maybe it will help you out. Keep in mind that your float needle has a rubber tip on it that closes off the fuel when the float rises. It gets worn. Could be as simple as that.
  7. Im jealous!! I have too much work on my hands right now. Be sure to post pics.
  8. Wow that's some crack. Could just be a blown bevel gear or pinion gear. Is that a separate cover or is it the case?
  9. @Hondasher welcome to Quadcrazy. Sounds like you have an ambitious project on your hands. Can you post a few more pictures of that area of the plug? I will check the wiring when i get a minute but before you get into all that the fact that the drive train is unbolted is where i would start first. Either it was blown and someone was going to pull it out for repair OR someone needed it and never get it off the atv. I would proceed with caution at first and check the big stuff out first.
  10. I am always a fan of @MarkinAR but there is now way in hell i would have all that apart and not put a new piston and rings in. Although Mark is right about trying to find an oem piston however Wiseco makes a great quality piston that should last a long time.
  11. You can buy it and give it a shot, maybe blow a fuse, thats it. If it does not work then worst case scenario i would clip the plug off and just use but splices and connect it the way it matches. I would not start soldering.
  12. Always a good sign to see the carburetor like that. And good point on the snorkel, unless you have scuba gear!
  13. Well @George Henry be here more! Lol just kidding but yes we are busy. Stay in touch brother.
  14. Looks good. I see the oem head lights have been replaced with aftermarket led and the fender flares are gone. The snorkel looks good and everything else looks in tact but it was definitely in the hands of someone who was able to work on a quad or at least tried.
  15. I would buy a cheap cylinder honer and hook it up to a drill and run it up and down the cylinder for a quick second. Add a new piston and rings and you should be good to go.
  16. Checking stator to see if the coils are good. Yes, pulse/trigger coil testing to see if within range. Yes oil needs to be drained.
  17. The ladies looked amazing!! That little tongue thing that Shakira did was crazy!! Very happy for Andy!
  18. O my god jets fan !! Sucks right now for you brother. Great game and i made my money back on the boxes i played tg!!! #KC
  19. I bought and installed new jets stamped with the numbers on them. They are what matches the spec exactly.
  20. The last bag i bought looked great but was not very stable. Im looking for something a little more rigid but still fabric.
