Ya know there was quite a few Renegade 800 and a 1000. Though they sounded awesome with the Muzzy exhaust, i wasnt that impressed with their trail ability. The the 750cc up atvs all held their own and the Renegade had no clear advantage over the others. This is all my opinion. Please understand that Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2- 13 replies

I think the housing is part of the intake. Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

Agreed. Most cooling systems max out at 15-18 psi. The jb weld was a last resort. Most of the time with a steady hand and patience the bolt can be removed. I couldnt see from the pic what meat was around the thermo housing so i stayed away from going up in size. If there is plenty of meat around and you.screw up the hole you can go up in size. But make sure not to go into the water jackets! Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

The Yammy was quite impressive. We set up a.drag race and i was paired up with a 650cc machine. We were neck and neck till the end when i pulled ahead. BUT id rather be shiftin gears and hangin sideways!! Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2- 13 replies

If you have no access to a torch. Center punch the ezout and with a new drill bit (no home depot bit either) slowly!! drill the ezout. use a sh** load of cutting oil or used engine oil on the bit. If you elongate the bolt hole use some jb weld to make a bolt hole then when it sets after 24 hours you can drill and tap the jb weld Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

If you have access to a torch with a small tip, you can heat the ez out. When you heat it up almost white/red and let it AIR cool down (NO WATER!!!!!) the ez out will get soft enough to center punch and drill. When u attempt to remove the original broken bolt heat up the intake or head if its cast till its cherry red. Then use the ezout or reverse hand drill bit or just drill it and tap. Try putting in a teaspoon of gas in the sparkplug hole and try to start. I know kdirtbikes sometimes tend to flood easy when you try to kick them over Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2 -

Probably a bad batch of master links. Not every link is perfect but within an acceptable level. Welcome to the world of machining. :-) Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

Take off the air tube and see if carb is squirting fuel into motor. To test spark you would need a spark gap tester. Without it the spark should be white/blue in color. Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2 -
Get a lith- ion battery for your bike. They arent cheap but they hold alot more ah/hr than wet plate batteries. Plus they trickle down far less when not used. One of my next upgrades!
