    I know they have spark gap testers for regular autos but i dont see why it cant work on atvs. They usually have them at autoparts stores. It has a screw on one side and you adjust the gap to a preset level according to the instructions. If it wont fire then the spark is weak. Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2

    At least you guys go out and do what you enjoy. Yes its safe to watch tv on a couch but what does that do for your brain? Atvs are like pitbulls, the general public thinks atv riders are an insane bunch. Ive been riding for 27 years and can say i had alot of close calls. People around me frown on atvs but i dont care. id rather live a short life getting thrown off a quad than a longer life of work, eat, sleep and repeat.     At least it gets you riding! Hopefully you can get the radiator on the cheap and have a rad shop boil it and inspect it. Ride it with the q-bond till it leaks but have the radiator on hand so there isnt much down time Or if it takes a while for it to leak again, put some q-bond in your backpack for the trails. Hows your body parts healing?? Cant Q- Bond them

    I am going to say its ok for now but dont use it as a permanent solution. Get a new radiator when you can.

    Thats how i did the front hubs and swing arm bearings. The bearings all went into the freezer over night and then the hubs and swing arm went into the oven for 20min at 325° before i installed em. All the bearings went in with hand pressure only and one needed a tap from the hammer. It was very easy Sent from my SGH-T959V using Xparent Blue Tapatalk 2
