Do you wear your ring?

I never wear mine riding...I get blisters galore!!!! Actually, I don't wear any of my jewelry...I'm too afraid I'll lose it or get choked out by my necklace LOL......

I take mine off now because its more comfortable without it. Ive been giving it to my husband to hang on to if I forget to take it off before the ride, but soon I will have a front box to carry my own supplies in.

I dont wear a wedding ring at all. It was a requirement not to wear one or any jewelry when I was working but then it became habit not to wear it. I do wear it when we go out. My wife doesnt wear one either.

Maybe that is why I only got blisters on my left hand? I thought maybe it stopped because i have power steering now but I actually stopped wearing my ring at the same time.

I always wear mine. It does give me blisters. You can tell by my pics that I don't hold onto the bars much anyway. LOL

When I ride I use to wear my ring but not anymore for 3 different reasons:
#1 - After 18 years of marriage taking my ring off is no biggie

#2 - The blister/calloused hand I get from riding really hurts
#3 - I always end up damaging/bending the ring if I ride long enough.

I usually ride with my wedding set on but did have a bad experience. I had gloves on and I guess when I pulled the glove off, it jerked my $1,000 diamond out of my ring. I of course didn't notice this had happened for a while. So it cost a chucn of change to replace it. So ladies, just be extra careful. Now I usually just don't wear gloves when I ride.

I never wear mine riding. You only get one chance to lose it but an infinite number of chances to take it off ;)
