  1. I live in North East PA and travel alot if you want to let me know exactally where I can give you some feedback and info on school districts, jobs, local trails, etc.
  2. I would also go by condition, just think what you would have to keep up on the quad and make sure the work was done. Check for mud or breaks in the plastic/frame and the condition(clean or dirty) on the carb boot, intake and airbox.
  3. Ya sometimes the rules are counterproductive. In PA you have to be on the smaller quads until your 16.
  4. I never have luck with 2 strokes, glad to see she is running fine. Did you do any mods to the 90?
  5. Thats awsome. I would love to have a jeep but the SXSs are just better built (stock for stock $ for $) for the tuff stuff.
  6. Make sure the battery is 100% sometimes they cause it to act up. Next take it out and clean up the connection with some compressed air and apply dielectric grease. Finally as a last resort you can take it apart and attempt to dry it out. This is a common problem. PS I hope to see you at the lost trails this weekend.
  7. Anyone from PA, NY, or NJ planning on attending this one?
  8. Sitting, talking some trash before the race lol.
  9. I would clean the carb, with 250 miles and being 8 years old it may have sat for long periods of time. If the gas was not stabilized it could have messed with the carb.
  10. Good Luck, just be confident.
  11. I agree it is important to remember those who were lost and what happened. My symphony goes out to all of those who lost someone that day.
  12. Unplug the actuator and see if the clicking stops. It is common for the seals to go on the actuator and for them to cycle in and out as you describe. If you unplug it and the cycling stops then I would suggest replacing it or if you are handy enough take it off the quad and take it apart. Watch for the springs flying everywhere but once it is apart dry it out and seal with some good RTV silicone. Should be good as new. If you are not comfortable with taking one of these apart because of all of the small parts either pull it out on the bench and take your time or just plop a new one in. They are easy to get on and off.
  13. I was going to go to Jasper on Sunday for the poker run but it looks like 17 is under water.

  15. Speedwerx, Inc. | Engine Kits | Arctic Cat 650 to 700cc H1 Speedwerx Big Bore Kit I know a Bob Ski associated with trailrex, that's not you is it?
  16. I have a 700 BBK in mine and love it! Give speedwerks a call and they should have everything. There is also a 750 kit out there but you need the top end from a 700H1. The only issue I am having right now it that I go through one starter a year with the new HC piston and cam. Feel free to ask any questions as you are ordering the stuff.
  17. Well I hope everyone had a restful weekend. I think I may be able to get away next weekend and ride.
  18. I thought she was going to have a new quad for ya! Guess not.
  19. Have fun, I wish I could go. Have you been following the news about coal hill?
  20. Well the winds were the worst part of the storm here in PA and even they were not bad. Just a little over 3" on the rain gauge but winds steady around 28-30 mph. A few limbs came down and the power went out but not too much damage. I hope all of those in the direct path either got out or are OK. I don't think it was as bad as they stated but still life threatening.
  21. The wide open areas look like alot of fun.
  22. I live in eastern PA and I think we are susposed to get hit with some high winds. Riding might not be that bad but driving home sure will be.
  23. Have fun post some pics from the ride if you can.
