Hey I am not sure if I remember some of your old posts. It's good to see you on the forum, I read this and flashed back to a slim shady song. "Guess who's back. Back again. Wheeler's back. Tell a friend. Guess who's back, guess who's back, guess who's back ... -
X2 There isn't anything anyone would speak of; really the best bet you have is to join a local ATV club.

Jersey is hard for riding legally. I know there are some spots to ride but nothing too much as way of official OHV areas. I think you can ride on the beach is some places. Check out this link for trails in PA and NY: ATV Trails » QUADCRAZY ATV Community

It looks like they make them for 2000 and up. I would see if you can compare the mounting points from your quad to the newer one. Then it may be easier to modify a newer winch plate then creating one from scratch. A second option would be to look for an aftermarket bumper, they usually have mounting points built right in.

Etrex Venture HC - I had it for about four years now so there may be something better out there but for what I use it for it works great. All I do is turn the tracks on when I leave and tag the parking spot. Then if I get turned around I just pull it out of the glove box and see where I am at and how far from the parking area.

I'm trailering the quads and heading up that way. It looks like alot of great riding.

2003 Kawasaki Prairie 650 front drive axle removal
swampcat07 replied to hangingon's topic in Kawasaki ATV Forum
Was there a little grove with a cir-clip on the axle you removed? If that is the case I usually push the axle all the way in then give it a good yank out. You have to compress the clip to free the axle. I know with the Arctic Cats if you get one side out you can see the other axle and use a punch and tap the opposite axle out. -
I have been using cheap envelopes to hold parts, all the bolts/nuts/fasteners that go to the part I put in an envelope and label and they put aside with the part. If you forget how it sits on the quad you can also refer to the parts diagram.

You can get a stand alone cheap black friday. I picked up my garmin for less that 100 Bucks with maps. The batteries last all day even in the cold and if they get weak it saves power and still tracks you for a while. I always carry a spare set of batteries just in case and never had a problem.

Awh. That color is a little bit more inconspicuous, I like it. -
Hey, welcome! I ride NEPA all the time. Drop me a PM and I will let you know when I have rides coming up.

I tried it once, it kills the phone battery. If you have the battery plugged into the quad it should do fine. I was scouting trails on foot and forgot the gps so I used my phone. Maybe after an hour the battery was dead. It takes alot of power to track via gps on the phone.

Kawi Green (lime green). I seen that on some of the Arctic Cats and love it. -

swampcat07 replied to marioweldinginc's topic in Where To Ride Your ATV
This post brought back some memories. I haven't been to RAC in a while and Tower City (old name) in an even longer time. Now that you don't have to be at RAC in person I might grab a permit this year. The old school days at Tower City was a blast. -

Sounds like you are getting closer. Not all jets sizes are the same here is a conversion chart that I saved from another forum.
