Great pics, I just got chills looking at them. Soon it will be snowing where I am, we got a little snow shower late Thanksgiving, that's about it so far. Must have been fun to play in the snow!

I bought online at Sears and Walmart. Bought a DVD player for $29 and a portable DVD player for my daughter for $49. Didn't really have much money this year to spend, we're getting too much work done on the outside of our house, new deck, siding, and electric service upgrade. Thousands....bankrupted us!!!

Like DD said..Locktite works wonders, but make sure that you are not using an old crush nut if equipped with one. If it is, replace that nut. * Added manufacturer and model to your thread title. -
I agree with DD, is that plug oil fouled? You mentioned that you need to replace it to start it. Have you done a compression test?

If the lights dim, I would say that battery is on it's way out. If you hook up a jumper to the battery and it starts fine, it's definately the battery. * Added year, make, and model, to your thread title.

First off, welcome aboard! I used to have a 2005 Kodiak 450, great machine. I agree, use 93 octane fuel. Depending on how hard and often you ride, I usuallly change the oil at least twice a year before the cold weather and once before the hot weather. If you ride allot, change it every season to once a month. * Added year, make, model, and question into thread title. Moved to Yamaha forum.
