    Maybe there is a sensor in the tank that is bad? Is that a diagnostic test? Maybe try disconecting the battery for 10 seconds or so and see if it resets. I don;t know much about Polaris atvs unfortunately. Outlander is one of the mods on here, maybe he can chime in. He owns a Polaris I believe. * Adjusted your thread title to include issue, for better responses.
