  2. If you have a volt meter, test your battery, should be over 12 volts. check your fuses and connections. could be a bad ground/connection somewhere. The off/on run switch, check that too ...

  11. google honda es and check out the diff atv sites and problems people have with it. they are very hard to track down a problem from what i have read ....
  12. i looked in the manual, but didnt say. am sure its right in the middle, third from bottom and third from top ...
  13. no its not the tranny, its the sensors and modules and other electronic shifting stuff ...
  14. in the manual it also mentions turning the handle bars left and right to notice if the rpms change, if so, the throttle cable is bound up somewhere or pinched ...

  16. the carb may be a little dirty, you can spray some carb cleaner in while its running and that may clear it. im not sure if there are vacuum lines on it, check those if it has. there may also be an idle screw you can adjust too. for now, i would try the carb cleaner and there is a product called "seafoam", that is an additive for your tank. run a tank of fuel with that in it too ... someone else with a kawi bayou may jump in and give some more tips for you ...

  20. from what i have seen, most problems are from the angle sensor. also noted that the seals on the electrical components were not up to par and it would be a good idea to take them apart, clean them, and use rtv silicone gasket on them. obviously you have an electrical burp in that system. could have come from water/mud leaking thru ... just a thought ... how is you battery? is it fully charged and holding the charge?
