As long as the ATV is clean and not beat on, used is fine. Check comparable sales for the same year, make, model...to make sure you are getting a good price. You can use KBB.com to get ATV values as well.

I don't recall, are those hydraulic brakes? Maybe there is a leak somewhere? Are you able to adjust them again when the brakes feel low? * Added year, make, and model to topic title, shortened issue. -

I would agree, check the carb. Sounds like the bowl is drying up. Check the float. * Added issue to thread title.

Just make sure you use ATV 10w-30 with the correct additives. I use Valovoline ATV oil that you can get at an auto parts store. * Added full year and manufacturer to thread title.
