    We had one of these these in or group years ago. I can't remember any issues, the guy kept up with everyone and even went ahead. Although at that time, some of us had Bayou 220s...so the majority was not over 350 CC. Later on we had 650's and 700's, split rears, etc... Should be fine on the trails.

    That quad has multiple shifters, right? Make sure you have no bent linkage on that that thing or that it is not fully engaging/disengaging.

    I've been using that oil for years. I do the same thing, except I get the filter from CARQUEST. Same as Napa, both their filters are made by Wix. You can give any autoparts store the WIX number and look it up here first: WIX Filters : Filter Look-Up

    Another thing you can do is hook up a meter to test for draw, then start pulling fuses to see what system/circuit is the issue. Then you'll have a place to start.
