    the kawisaki i would say is the best of the lot, but the honda engine is better for it's reliability i think ...

    did any of your snorkel set up get damaged prior to/or at the same time of this monkey business? you say it is louder now, like the air box lid off loud or exhaust loud?

    here is the service manual with the specs for valves in section 4-6 hope this helps you out some ... have you cleaned up the carb? maybe the carb is varnished some and gummed up ... 2003-05 250 KLF Bayou Service Manual.pdf

    i'm not sure, like i said, some require a battery and some don't. i'm not too familiar with the suzuki's

    what year and cc motor is this bike? some need a battery and some don't. i would start looking at your wiring and see if there is any broken wires and the connections are good. check and make sure the kill switch is in the run position too. i might have a manual for you if you tell us the year and size ...
