    Ok just watched a video on youtube on the 03 sportsman there are two circuit breakers under the front access panel . Google :How to test circuit breakers on Polaris . Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    I dont know about 04 but on my 99 the fuse is on the left side behind the side panel. It's wrapped in a black, almost like shrink tube. It's an automatic reset. Probably check that with a test light. The circuit breaker can be bought at auto parts store. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    OEM is gonna be costly given the age of the quad. Try Ebay or amazon.I have an 1984 lt185 that still runs and bought new.

    Welcome,sounds like a nice quad. I would start with a manual,you can find them here. I would start with fluid check and grease it up.. Good luck and have fun.

    i believe there is a decompression lever.Is there an open hole near speedometer??

    Definitely check boot for a tear or crack.

    You must have at least 12 volts, does the battery look old?? If it's old it might not jump at all.

    Maybe the spark plug boot is bad, its possible for it to be shorting out,more like an open .

    1984 I went to buy a 250 Suzuki quad,dealer was out so i ended up saving a few bucks on a 185 Quadrunner.. Road the crap out of it,been put through hell. Darn thing keeps running and still have it and it runs.But its parked now i have a 99 sportsman .

    check your suspension and steering. jack the front end up check for a loose component.
