    Is it all stock? Sounds like the main jet is not big enough.

    It could be pushing oil out from the weakest seal. You might need to replace the seal/gasket.

    Stock carb? Sounds lke an adjustment.Have you checked the choke operation and made sure to adjust idle with choke off?

    Gas goes stale after about a month, but is useable 60 days out.

    Did you upload that from your pc or grab it from Youtube? Sometimes Youtube grabbing does not work and if you movie upload timed out, it will not upload. Lookslike it's this video on youtube..
